Does anyone use Google+ Hangouts?

Hi all!

So I'm looking to participate in an online conference on Google+ hangouts--or I would be, if the thing wasn't so inaccessible. I haven't been able to bully it into working, so I figured I'd come here and see if anyone else could. I'm using Jaws with Windows 7. Does anyone else use the hangouts on Google+ with a screen reader? If so, what do you have to do to make it work for you? If not, is there an alternate method of getting it to work (on an iPhone, maybe? Google's ap is pretty inaccessible too as far as I can tell, but you never know.)

I haven't heard of that service before. but it sounds awesome. i like google services. fornetworking with family or frends.
